Common knowledge of brushless motors

(1) Before disassembling, use compressed air to blow off the dust on the surface of the motor and wipe the dirt off the surface.

(2) Choose the working place where the brushless motor is dismantled and clean up the site environment.

(3) Familiar with the structural characteristics and maintenance technical requirements of the motor.

(4) Prepare the tools (including special tools) and equipment required for disassembly.

(5) In order to further understand the defects in motor operation, an inspection test can be done before disassembly if possible. To this end, put the motor on the load for a trial run, check in detail the temperature, sound, vibration, etc. of each part of the brushless motor, and test the voltage, current, speed, etc., and then disconnect the load, do a separate no-load inspection test Take out the no-load current and no-load loss and make a record.

(6) Cut off the power supply, remove the external wiring of the motor, and make a record.

(7) Use a megohmmeter with appropriate voltage to test the insulation resistance of the motor. In order to compare the insulation resistance value measured during the last overhaul to determine the insulation change trend and China Brake AC Gear Motors Suppliers insulation state of the motor, the insulation resistance values measured at different temperatures should be converted to the same temperature, generally to 75°C.

(8) Test the absorption ratio K. When the absorption ratio is greater than 1.33, it indicates that the motor insulation has not been damp or the degree of dampness is not serious. In order to compare with the previous data, the absorption ratio measured at any temperature should also be converted to the same temperature.
