The brushless DC system is composed of a brushless motor body and a brushless driver, and is a new type of mechatronics product. The brushless drive is composed of power electronics and integrated circuits. Its function is to receive the start, stop, and brake signals of the brushless motor to control the start, stop and brake of the brushless motor; receive position sensor signals and forward and reverse rotation The signal is used to control the on and off of each power tube of the inverter bridge to generate continuous torque; to receive speed commands and speed feedback signals to control and adjust the speed; to provide protection and display, etc. Because the brushless DC motor has the characteristics of a DC China Planetary Gearbox, it is also a frequency change device, and the international common term is BLDC. The brushless DC motor has high operating efficiency, large low-speed torque, and high speed accuracy. It performs better than three-phase asynchronous variable frequency motors, so it has gradually become one of the first-choice motors for development in the industry nowadays.

Although the development time of brushless motors in our country is short, they have developed rapidly with the increasing maturity and perfection of technology. It has been widely used in many fields such as model airplanes, medical equipment, household appliances, and electric vehicles, and has formed a large-scale industrial chain in the Pearl River Delta, the Yangtze River Delta and other places.

Due to production and price reasons, brushless motors have been mostly used in medium and high-end aviation models in the past few years. Now due to the rapid development of machining technology, the production cost of brushless motors has dropped a lot. At present, it is entering all levels of the industrial field. From automated production machinery to medical equipment to robots and other fields, brushless motors can be seen everywhere. China's industry is in an explosive era in which brushless motors drive industrial transformation and upgrading.
