1. Ensure assembly quality
In order to ensure the quality of assembly, the factory purchased and manufactured many maintenance tools. When disassembling and reinstalling the reducer worm gear, worm, rolling bearing, transmission gear and other parts, avoid direct hitting with a hammer or other hard tools; disassembly and replacement When driving gears, worm gears, and worms, use original parts as much as possible and replace them in pairs; when assembling the output shaft, consider the tolerance fit, D50mm, apply H7/k6, D50mm, apply H7/m6, and apply anti-sticking agent or Hongdan oil protects the hollow shaft, prevents wear and rust, prevents the scale of the mating area, and is difficult to disassemble during maintenance.
2. Application of industrial lubricants and additives
Worm gear reducers usually use 220# oil. For many reducers with heavy load, frequent operation and poor application environment, many lubricant additives can also be applied (such as Anji Chemical Company's good), and the reducer is stopping operation When the engine oil is still attached to the surface of the transmission gear, a protective film is formed to prevent heavy load, low speed, high torque, and metal-to-metal contact during startup. The additives also contain seal ring regulators and anti-leakage agents to keep the seal ring soft and elastic, effectively reducing the problem of industrial lubricant leakage.
3. Determination of the reinstallation position of the reducer
Where possible, vertical reinstallation should not be used as much as possible. In vertical reinstallation, the amount of industrial lubricant added is much larger than that in horizontal reinstallation, which can easily cause the reducer to become hot and leak oil. Some of the 40,000 bottles/hour pure draft beer production lines introduced by the factory were re-installed vertically. After a long period of operation, the transmission gears were greatly worn or even damaged. After adjustment, the situation has been greatly improved. Promote.
4. Establish a corresponding lubrication maintenance management system
And do a good job in the basic maintenance of the reducer to ensure that each reducer has a main person in charge for regular maintenance. When the oil temperature rises significantly during work, the temperature rises above 40 ℃ or the oil temperature exceeds 80 ℃. When the quality is deteriorated or more copper powder is detected in the oil and abnormal noise is formed, it should be shut down and repaired immediately, troubleshooting, and the industrial lubricant should be removed and replaced before application. When refueling, consider that the amount of oil and the reinstallation position must be consistent to ensure that the reducer is properly lubricated.
